This will be a powerful day of reflection, release, and radical self- love. The day will include individual and group activities of journaling, meditation, and shadow work. Take this journey for yourself, with a loved one, or share this gift of healing with another. Nourishment provided throughout the day. We will close the day in ceremony. Are you early on in your spiritual journey? Are you working to learn, trust, and grow your intuition? This class offers some basic practices and guidance to help you on your way. Class is approximately 90 minutes in length.

Nurturing the Gifted Child

Do people often describe your child as an old soul? Does your child seem quite intuitive? If so, please join us. Classes will be approximately 60-80 minutes in length, and are designed to promote communication, trust, and understanding among parents and children. These classes will include activities for parents and children, provide a safe space to share and learn from one another’s experiences. Children will learn tools for grounding, protection, and empowerment. First class session will be parents only. Space will be very limited for these sessions.
